Integration with every bank, on demand. Sicoob (including Cocred and Credicitrus) and Banco Inter ready out of the box: boleto (Brazilian bank slip), PIX (Brazil's instant payment) and statements with automatic matching; with Sicoob, also payments and the boletos you receive to pay. Also: Asaas for collections, NF-e/NFS-e (Brazilian e-invoices) through ACBr API, D4Sign and DocuSign, Google Workspace, Meta Lead Ads, WhatsApp Business and the Accesys stack (AccLoja, Loja Express, ACC-Market) through our integration API.

How are contracts and open items migrated?

We import contracts, units, open receivables and payables and the chart of accounts before the first month-end close. What has already been paid comes into the history, checked against the statement.

Where is my data kept?

In the Accesys environment, with each company's data kept separate, profiles and permissions per module, and everything on record: who approved it and when. Your data is protected under the LGPD (Brazil's data protection law), with published terms of use and privacy policy.

The product comes in five languages (Portuguese, English, Spanish, German and French). Each company has its own default currency (BRL, EUR or USD) and the catalog has price lists per country and currency.

How does managing several companies work?

Settings per organization, per company and per module, with ready-made access profiles: Administrator, Manager, Staff, Finance, Finance and HR, and MCP Agent. Whoever manages the group switches companies without leaving the system.

Do the agents replace the team?

No. Vera answers and notifies; Simone runs the finance operations after someone approves them. What changes is the amount of manual work: in the demo company, the actions of one day of operations, times the business days, are what the team no longer does by hand each month.
